Electronic hardware
Feasibility study, prototyping, PCB layout, reverse engineering of equipment whose documentation is no longer available.
Custom work rests on two fundamentals: analysing your current installation (to fit into it) and building both hardware and software (the added value).
The experience behind ShoWise
This is the experience of ShoWise's founder, and the basis of every project: understanding an existing system before touching it.
These skills are not offers in themselves: they are the means to carry out your retrofit, digitalisation, automation or IoT projects.
Feasibility study, prototyping, PCB layout, reverse engineering of equipment whose documentation is no longer available.
Firmware for microcontrollers and gateways, communication with sensors, PLCs and industrial networks.
Workstation applications, local data collection, operator interfaces, on-site processing.
Dashboards, business tools, APIs and interconnection with your management systems. Web applications usable on PC, tablet and smartphone, installable like an app (PWA) for field use.
Electrical/electronic architecture definition, inter-system messaging, fieldbus.
Testing and validation before commissioning, technical documentation handed over at delivery.
ShoWise does not price a project from a simple form: the price depends on what actually exists at your site. Here is the usual sequence.
A first discussion, with no commitment, to understand your need, your constraints and what is at stake.
An on-site visit to see the machines, PLCs, network and environment. This is what makes serious pricing possible.
A written proposal: scope, chosen solution, schedule, cost. Alternatives, including doing nothing, are laid out.
Design and prototype, bench testing, then commissioning that keeps production downtime to a minimum.
Technical documentation, knowledge transfer and follow-up over time if needed.
One conversation is enough to know whether ShoWise can help, and how to organise what comes next.
